Click my "Chill Drill" link, then search for "Chill Drill" in the "product" search field. A Chill Drill is a guided relaxation audio recording that teaches your mind and body how to relax. Practice makes perfect, so practice at least one a day to start, then after you have mastered the skill, you can practice as needed. Save them to your phone's home screen for easy access.
